Freelancer Business Kit: 5 Notion Templates for Freelancers and Consultants

5 Notion templates for freelancers and consultants, a $135 value for $59 (save 56%). Clients, projects, invoices and money in one workspace. Duplicate in one click, works on Notion’s free plan.

Clients, projects, invoices and money, finally in one place.

If you freelance, your business probably lives in five places: WhatsApp for clients, Google Docs for proposals, a spreadsheet for invoices, your inbox for contracts and your memory for everything else. It works until a busy month, when an invoice slips or a follow-up is forgotten.

This kit brings the whole freelance business into Notion. A new enquiry goes into the Sales CRM. When they say yes, onboarding starts from a ready checklist with the proposal and contract tracked. The project runs in the Freelance Management System, the invoice is logged against the client, and the payment lands in your Finance Tracker. And when you need to write that awkward late-payment email, there’s a prompt ready for it.

What’s inside (5 Notion templates)

• Freelance Management System: clients, projects, invoices, income and expenses. ($39 on its own)
