Description
Run your whole home from a calm, aesthetic Notion dashboard. Home Management HQ brings chores, maintenance, bills, subscriptions, home inventory, repairs and important documents together, so nothing slips through the cracks.
What’s inside
- Home dashboard with hero banner, image navigation cards and an “At a glance” row of 3 charts
- 7 connected databases: Rooms & Areas, Chores & Maintenance, Bills & Subscriptions, Home Inventory, Projects & Repairs, Documents & Renewals, Service Providers
- Relations, rollups and formulas: next-due dates, overdue flags, monthly cost per room, warranty countdowns, renewal alerts
- Built-in automations: tick “Done this cycle” and the last-done date stamps itself; mark a bill paid, a project done or a document renewed and the date fills in
- Sample data in every database and a ready-made “New …” page template in each
- Start Here: Step-by-Step Guide page
Database automations run on Notion’s paid plans (Plus and up). On the Free plan they pause, and you can make the same changes by hand.
