Description
Run your tutoring business or learning center from an aesthetic Notion dashboard: students, sessions, lesson plans, progress reports, enquiries, packages and invoices, all connected.
What’s inside
- Dashboard with hero banner, image navigation cards and an “At a glance” row of 3 charts
- 8 connected databases: Students, Sessions, Tutors, Packages & Pricing, Lesson Plans & Resources, Progress Reports, Enquiries & Trials, Invoices
- Relations, rollups and formulas: sessions used vs package balance, hours per tutor, revenue per student, overdue invoices, trial-to-student conversion
- Built-in automations: mark a session completed, an invoice sent or paid, or a report sent and the date stamps itself; book a trial and a follow-up date is set a week out
- Sample data in every database and a ready-made “New …” page template in each
- Start Here: Step-by-Step Guide page
Database automations run on Notion’s paid plans (Plus and up). On the Free plan they pause, and you can make the same changes by hand.
