Description
Travel Agency OS is a Notion template for independent travel advisors. Clients, inquiries, trips, itineraries, bookings, payments and commissions in a connected workspace.
Every record links to the rest, so totals, progress and alerts update on their own. Open the Start Here page, follow the short setup and replace the sample rows with your own.

Highlights
-
Each day starts with open tasks and the supplier options you are holding, with an alert before an option expires.
-
Upcoming departures show the days to go and the payment status for every trip, and the trip timeline lays them all out by date.
-
New inquiries move through a sales pipeline from new to won, weighted by budget and probability.
-
Client cards keep travel style, preferences and trip history together, with a reminder when a passport needs checking.
-
Client payments show deposits and balances due, and the commission tracker shows what each supplier booking earns you.
-
Finally, see your sales by booking type, and keep your scripts and checklists in the playbooks library.
-
