Setup Guide & Full Tour
Run your real estate business from first enquiry to commission cheque in Notion. Real Estate Agent CRM is built for solo agents and small teams: every lead, listing, showing, open house, offer and follow-up in eight connected databases, with your net commission after the brokerage split worked out on every deal.
Who it’s for
- Solo buyer's and listing agents
- Small real estate teams
- New agents who want a pipeline and follow-up habit from day one

- Front page: pipeline board, showings calendar, follow-ups due, listings and open houses, and a net-commission-by-month chart
- Start Here: Step-by-Step Guide inside the template, with a 2-minute Notion basics section and an FAQ
- Fictional sample data so you can see how everything works before adding your own
How it works
Add a lead, book showings against your listings and log offers as they come in. Follow-ups flag themselves as overdue, days on market count up, and every closed deal shows gross and net commission, which rolls into the net-commission-by-month chart.
Built-in automations
Four database automations stamp the date for you: when a lead's Stage becomes Contacted, Contacted on is filled in; when an offer is Accepted, Accepted on is filled in; when a listing is Sold, Sold on is filled in; when you tick a task Done, Done on is filled in.
Set up in 3 steps

- Open Start Here and follow the setup: add your own details and clear the sample data when you’re ready.
- Work from the front page every day and use the weekly checklist in Start Here to keep everything up to date.
What you get
- The Notion template (instant download: a PDF with your duplicate link)

Free plan
Works on the Free Notion plan. The built-in automations are Notion database automations, which run on paid plans (Plus and up). On the Free plan they pause and you fill those dates in by hand; every database, formula and view still works. Desktop, web and the Notion mobile app.
